Printer Problems and Solutions FAQ |
| Problem 1: No ink output when you print |
| You may have forgotten to tear off the warning seal |
Tear off the warning seal on the head of the cartridge head. |
| Ink cartridge is out of ink or ink nearly gone |
Just replace with a new ink cartridge. |
| Printing head circuit is not working |
Ensure it's clean - check if covered with liquid or dust etc. or replace the print-head circuit. |
| Print head is naturally aged, nozzle head is blocked or corroded |
Replace with new print head. |
| Ink cartridge is not properly installed in position. |
Remove and Install new cartridge again. |

| Problem 2: Printout shows a color deviation, or colors are mixed-up |
| Print head nozzle may be blocked |
Clean out the print head before you print. |
| A color contains signs of other colours appearing on it. |
Clean the print head repeatedly. |
| Print-out color deviates from the computer monitor set color. |
Choose corresponding drive program. |

| Problem 3: Printout characters are badly positioned, there is ink bleed, feathering, fuzziness, diffusion onto the margin, or there are unusual characters appearing, and or there appears to be a lack of ink |
| Print head incorrectly positioned |
Use print head adjustment program |
| Print head suddenly stops during printing |
Restart printer |
| On the edge of the paper there is ink bleed |
Use a more correct type of media or paper |
| Printout characters come out as strange symbols |
Check the printer leads are securely connected. If so, you may need to update your driver program. |
| Self test print can only print out half of the characters. |
Install a new cartridge |

| Problem 4: There are black lines during printing or there is still information pop out to inform us ink work out position. |
| There's a small air bubble in the system or the print head is blocked. |
Clean out printing head block. |
| Ink usage counter/readout shows an error. |
Reset the program or restart the computer. |
