Intelligent Ink Refill Machine

Brief Technical Intro

　　The Joanna 96-04 machine is the the first in the new series of 9to6 products. This product is the most powerful so far in the current category of products. It is also simplest to operate, is the most intelligent and has a sleek design.

1. This product is specially designed for small scale businesses producing refill cartridges and is widely used. It can refill HP, Lexmark, Samsung, Lenovo, Panasonic , Acer , Ricoh, and many other brands of cartridges without leaving any remaining marks on the cartridges themselves.

2. It uses positive and negative air pressure ( pressure and suction ) pulsed co-operatively, to refill ink cartridges. The machine can produce up to 8 kg of air pressure, even if the cartridge head is blocked.

3. This product is computer controlled, has a double digit LED display, and an integrated touchpad keyboard. It operates automatically but is also programmable for specific tasks. With a little experience of working with this machine, the operation of this product becomes even simpler and more intelligent.

4. The Cartridge clamps have undergone continual improvements and testing. Not only do they look good, but they are designed to prevent ink leakage while refilling.

5. This product adopts the original non-oil positive-negative (pressure-suction) in one compressor, it’s small in size, has a low noise level, and can often run for years without failure or need of maintenance. It is a highly reliable machine.

6. It uses a special electromagnetic valve to ensure that the valve will not be blocked by ink. The valves can resist high air pressure giving the machine longevity without failure and maintenance.

7. There is a waste liquid chamber inside the machine and automatic waste expulsion. When the level of liquid in the chamber reaches a certain level, the machine automatically turns on the compressor to empty the pot, so you don’t need to worry about that the waste liquid level becoming so high as to damage the ink absorber vacuum pump.

8. The device has a sleek design, and is physically quite small enough to be placed on the counter in your shop, it is portable and convenient.
